الرَّجْمُ حَدُّ اللَّهِ الْأَكْبَرُ وَ الْجَلْدُ حَدُّ اللَّهِ الْأَصْغَرُ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from one of his companions, from Aasim Bin Humeyd, Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The stoning is the bigger Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>) of Allah<sup>azwj</sup>, and the lashing is the smaller Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>) of Allah<sup>azwj</sup>’.
