إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى لَمْ يَدَعْ شَيْئاً تَحْتَاجُ إِلَيْهِ الْأُمَّةُ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ إِلَّا أَنْزَلَهُ فِي كِتَابِهِ وَ بَيَّنَهُ لِرَسُولِهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) وَ جَعَلَ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ حَدّاً وَ جَعَلَ عَلَيْهِ دَلِيلًا يَدُلُّ عَلَيْهِ وَ جَعَلَ عَلَى مَنْ تَعَدَّى الْحَدَّ حَدّاً .
Translation
Ali Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yunus, from Husayn Bin Al Munzar, from Amro Bin Qays Al Masir, Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Blessed and High did not leave anything out which the community would be needy for it up to the Day of Judgement, except that He<sup>azwj</sup> has Revealed in in His<sup>azwj</sup> Book, and Clarified it for His<sup>azwj</sup> Rasool<sup>saww</sup>, and Made a Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>) for everything, and Made an evidence over it pointing towards it, and Made a Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>) to be upon everyone who exceeds the Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>)’.
