قَضَى أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) فِي الشَّيْخِ وَ الشَّيْخَةِ أَنْ يُجْلَدَا مِائَةً وَ قَضَى لِلْمُحْصَنِ الرَّجْمَ وَ قَضَى فِي الْبِكْرِ وَ الْبِكْرَةِ إِذَا زَنَيَا جَلْدَ مِائَةٍ وَ نَفْيَ سَنَةٍ فِي غَيْرِ مِصْرِهِمَا وَ هُمَا اللَّذَانِ قَدْ أُمْلِكَا وَ لَمْ يَدْخُلَا بِهَا .

علی بن ابراہیم نے اپنے والد سے، انہوں نے ابن ابی نجران سے، انہوں نے عاصم بن حمید سے، انہوں نے محمد بن قیس سے، انہوں نے ابو جعفر علیہ السلام سے روایت کی کہ: امیر المؤمنین علیہ السلام نے بوڑھے مرد اور بوڑھی عورت کے بارے میں فیصلہ کیا کہ انہیں سو کوڑے مارے جائیں؛ اور محصن کے لیے رجم (سنگساری) کا فیصلہ کیا؛ اور کنوارے مرد اور کنواری عورت کے بارے میں جب وہ زنا کریں تو سو کوڑے اور ایک سال جلاوطنی اپنے شہر سے باہر کا فیصلہ کیا — یہ وہ لوگ ہیں جن کا نکاح ہو چکا تھا لیکن دخول نہیں ہوا تھا۔
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Najran, from Aasim Bin Humeyd, from Muhammad Bin Qays, Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> has said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> judged with regards to an old man and an old woman that they should both be whipped one hundred lashes, and judged with regards to the married man for the stoning, and judged with regards to the virgin man and the virgin woman when they commit adultery, to be whipped one hundred lashes and exiled for a year in other than their own cities, and these are the ones who had slaves and did not copulate with her’.
