سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ الْمُغِيبُ وَ الْمُغِيبَةُ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِمَا رَجْمٌ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ الرَّجُلُ مَعَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَ الْمَرْأَةُ مَعَ الرَّجُلِ .

محمد بن مسلم نے کہا: میں نے ابو عبداللہ (علیہ السلام) کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا: غیرحاضر شوہر والی عورت اور غیرحاضر بیوی والے مرد پر رجم نہیں ہے، الا یہ کہ مرد عورت کے ساتھ ہو اور عورت مرد کے ساتھ ہو۔
Translation
Ali, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Abu Ayoub Al Khazaz, from Muhammad Bin Muslim who said, ‘I heard Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘The absent man and the absent woman, there is no stoning upon them both, except if the man happens to be with the woman, and the woman with the man’.
