رَجُلٍ غَصَبَ امْرَأَةً نَفْسَهَا قَالَ يُقْتَلُ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, form Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Jameel, from Zurara, (It has been narrated either) from one of the two (5<sup>th</sup> or 6<sup>th</sup> Imam<sup>asws</sup>), regarding a man who raped a woman of herself. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘He should be killed’.
