رَجُلٍ غَصَبَ امْرَأَةً نَفْسَهَا قَالَ قَالَ يُضْرَبُ ضَرْبَةً بِالسَّيْفِ بَلَغَتْ مِنْهُ مَا بَلَغَتْ .
Translation
Abu Ali Al Ashary, from Muhammad Bin Abdul Jabbar, from Ali Bin Hadeed,f rom Jameel, from Zurara, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> regarding a man who raped a woman of herself. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘He should be struck with the sword, it reaches from it what reaches (whatever may happen from it, whether he lives of dies)’.
