قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) الرَّجُلُ يَقْذِفُ امْرَأَتَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا قَالَ يُضْرَبُ الْحَدَّ وَ يُخَلَّى بَيْنَهُ وَ بَيْنَهَا .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, form his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from one of his companions who said, ‘I said to Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, ‘The man accuses his wife before he copulates with her. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘He would be whipped the Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>), and there would be separation between him and her’.
