مَنْ قَذَفَ امْرَأَتَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا جُلِدَ الْحَدَّ وَ هِيَ امْرَأَتُهُ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Muhammad Bin Isa Bin Ubeyd, from Yunus, from Muhammad Bin Muzarab, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The one who accuses his wife before he copulates with her would be whipped one Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>), and she would (still) be his wife’.
