John Shaqi

إِذَا قَذَفَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ ثُمَّ أَكْذَبَ نَفْسَهُ جُلِدَ الْحَدَّ وَ كَانَتِ امْرَأَتَهُ وَ إِنْ لَمْ يُكْذِبْ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ تَلَاعَنَا وَ يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا .


Translation

From him, form Yunus, from Abdullah Bin Sinan, Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> has said: ‘When the man accuses his wife, then admits having lied to himself, would be whipped the Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>), and she would be his wife; but if he did not admit lying to himself, there would be cursing and separation between the two of them’.
