علی بن محمد نے کہا: ایک شخص اہلِ سواد میں سے کچھ مال لے کر آیا، لیکن وہ اس کی طرف لوٹا دیا گیا، اور اسے کہا گیا: "اس میں سے اپنے چچا کے بیٹوں کا حق نکالو، اور وہ چار سو درہم ہے۔" اس شخص کے پاس اپنے چچا کے بیٹوں کی ایک جائیداد تھی، جس میں شراکت تھی، اور اس نے اسے ان سے روک رکھا تھا۔ پھر اس نے اس کا جائزہ لیا، تو معلوم ہوا کہ اس مال میں سے اپنے چچا کے بیٹوں کا حصہ چار سو درہم ہے۔ چنانچہ اس نے وہ نکال دیا اور باقی بھیج دیا، تو اسے قبول کر لیا گیا۔

Translation

Ali Bin Muhammad said, ‘A man from the people of the desert (Bedouins) delivered some wealth, but it was returned to him, and it was said to him: ‘Take out the right of the children of your uncle from it, and it is four hundred Dirhams’; and it was so that the man had an estate in his hand belonging to the children of his uncle, wherein he was a partner, and he had withheld it from them. So he looked, and that which was for the children of his uncle from that wealth was four hundred Dirhams. So he extracted it and sent over the remainder, and it was accepted’.
