سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَذَفَ امْرَأَتَهُ فَتَلَاعَنَا ثُمَّ قَذَفَهَا بَعْدَ مَا تَفَرَّقَا أَيْضاً بِالزِّنَى أَ عَلَيْهِ حَدٌّ قَالَ نَعَمْ عَلَيْهِ حَدٌّ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Al Husayn, from Safwan, from Shuayb, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about a man who accused his wife, so he cursed, then accused her after the separation as well, with the adultery, is there a Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>) upon him?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Yes, upon him is the Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>)’.
