رَجُلٍ قَالَ لِامْرَأَتِهِ لَمْ أَجِدْكِ عَذْرَاءَ قَالَ يُضْرَبُ قُلْتُ فَإِنَّهُ عَادَ قَالَ يُضْرَبُ فَإِنَّهُ يُوشِكُ أَنْ يَنْتَهِيَ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Muhammad Bin Isa Bin Ubeyd, from Yunus, from Is’haq Bin Ammar, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding a man who said to his wife, ‘I did not find you as a virgin’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘He would be whipped’. I said, ‘So if he were to repeat it?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘He would be whipped, for he would probably stop’.
