سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ يَفْتَرِي كَيْفَ يَنْبَغِي لِلْإِمَامِ أَنْ يَضْرِبَهُ قَالَ جُلِدَ بَيْنَ الْجَلْدَيْنِ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Khalid, from Usman Bin Isa, from Sama’at Bin Mahran who said, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about a man who fabricated, how would it befit the Imam<sup>asws</sup> that he<sup>asws</sup> whips him?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘He<sup>asws</sup> would whip him between the two whippings (between the highest and the lowest Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>))’.
