مَنْ قَذَفَ امْرَأَتَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا ضُرِبَ الْحَدَّ وَ هِيَ امْرَأَتُهُ .
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moala Bin Muhammad, from Al Washa, from Aban, from Ibn Muzarab, Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> has said: ‘The one who accuses his wife before he copulates with her would be whipped the Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>), and she would (still) be his wife’.
