Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al Hassan Bin Ali, from Is’haq Bin Ammar, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from one of the two (5th or 6th Imamasws) having said: ‘Aliasws used to whip regarding the wine and Al-Nabeez, eighty (lashes), and the slave, and the Jew, and the Christian’. I said, ‘And what is the relevance of the Jew and the Christian?’ Heasws said: ‘it is not for them that they should be displaying their drinking. That can happen to be in their homes’.
