كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ مِنَ الْأَشْرِبَةِ يَجِبُ فِيهِ كَمَا يَجِبُ فِي الْخَمْرِ مِنَ الْحَدِّ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Noman, from Abu Al Sabbah Al Kanany, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Every intoxicant from the drinks Obligates the Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>) with regards to it, just as it Obligates regarding the wine’.
