Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moala Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Mardas, from Sa’dan Bin Muslim, from one of our companions who said, ‘Abu Al-Hassanasws went out for one of hisasws needs, so heasws passed by a man being penalised during the winter. So heasws said: ‘Glory be to Allahazwj! This is not befitting!’ So I said, ‘And for this is a Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>)?’ Heasws said: ‘It befits the man applying the Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>) during the winter that he applies ip during the heat of the day, and for the one who applies a Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>) during the summer, is that he should apply it during the coldness of the day’.
