قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) لَا يُقَامُ عَلَى أَحَدٍ حَدٌّ بِأَرْضِ الْعَدُوِّ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Fazzal, from yunus Bin Yaqoub, from Abu Maryam, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘A Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>) would not be established upon anyone in the land of the enemy’.
