مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاقْتُلُوهُ .
Translation
Abu Ali Al Ashary, from Muhammad Bin Abdul Jabbar, from Safwan, from Mansour Bin Hazim, from Abu Ubeyda, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The one who drinks the wine, so whip him. So if he repeats, so whip him. So if he repeats, so kill him’.
