الْعَبْدُ إِذَا أَقَرَّ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ عِنْدَ الْإِمَامِ مَرَّةً أَنَّهُ قَدْ سَرَقَ قَطَعَهُ وَ الْأَمَةُ إِذَا أَقَرَّتْ عَلَى نَفْسِهَا بِالسَّرِقَةِ قَطَعَهَا .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Mahboub, form Ibn Raib, from Zureys, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The slave, when he accepts once upon himself in the present of the Imam<sup>asws</sup> that he has stolen, he would be cut, and the slave girl, when she accepts upon herself with the theft, would be cut’.
