Translation

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Mahboub, from Abu Ayoub Al Khazaz, from Suleyman Bin Khalid who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullahasws about the man who employed someone on wages, so he stole from his house. Would his hand be cut?’ Heasws said: ‘This one was a trustee, he is not with a theft. This is treachery’.
