الضَّيْفُ إِذَا سَرَقَ لَمْ يُقْطَعْ وَ إِنْ أَضَافَ الضَّيْفُ ضَيْفاً فَسَرَقَ قُطِعَ ضَيْفُ الضَّيْفِ.
Translation
A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, and Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, altogether from Ibn Mahboub, from Ali Bin Raib, from Muhammad Bin Qays, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The guest, when he steals, his hand would not be cut, and if the guest invites a guest and his guest steals, so the (hand of the) guest of the guest would be cut’.
