إِذَا أُقِيمَ عَلَى السَّارِقِ الْحَدُّ نُفِيَ إِلَى بَلْدَةٍ أُخْرَى .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Ibn Mahboub, from Ali Bin Al Hassan Bin Rabat, from Ibn Muskaan, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘When the Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>) is established upon the thief, he is exiled for another city’.
