لَا قَطْعَ فِي الطَّيْرِ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Muhammad Bin Yahya Al Khazzaz, from Gayas Bin Ibrahim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> that Ali<sup>asws</sup>, they came to him<sup>asws</sup> with a man at Al-Kufa who had stolen a dove. So he<sup>asws</sup> did not cut him, and said: ‘There is no cutting (of the hand) regarding the bird’.
