وَ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ قَالَ قَضَى النَّبِيُّ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) فِيمَنْ سَرَقَ الثِّمَارَ فِي كُمِّهِ فَمَا أَكَلَ مِنْهُ فَلَا شَيْءَ عَلَيْهِ وَ مَا حَمَلَ فَيُعَزَّرُ وَ يُغَرَّمُ قِيمَتَهُ مَرَّتَيْنِ .
Translation
And by this chain, He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The Prophet<sup>saww</sup> judged regarding the one who stole the fruits being in their clusters. So whatever he ate from it, there was nothing upon him; and whatever he carried, so he was rebuked and made to compensate its price, twice (double)’.
