لَا يُقْطَعُ السَّارِقُ فِي سَنَةِ الْمَحْلِ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ يُؤْكَلُ مِثْلِ الْخُبْزِ وَ اللَّحْمِ وَ أَشْبَاهِ ذَلِكَ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, and someone else, from Muhammad Bin Ahmad, from Muhammad Bin Isa Bin Ubeyd, from Ziyad Al Qindy, from the one who mentioned it, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The thief would not be cut during a year of drought with regards to everything he eats, like the bread, and the meat, and the likes of that’.
