كَانَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) لَا يَقْطَعُ السَّارِقَ فِي أَيَّامِ الْمَجَاعَةِ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad and Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, altogether from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Aasim Bin Humeyd, from the one who informed him, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> did not cut the thief during the days of famine’.
