الْمُكَاتَبِ يَزْنِي قَالَ يُجْلَدُ فِي الْحَدِّ بِقَدْرِ مَا أُعْتِقَ مِنْهُ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the contracted (slave) who committed adultery. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘He would be whipped regarding the Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>) by the measurement of what he has been emancipated (librated) from it (the contract)’.
