قَضَى أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) فِي مَمْلُوكٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ جَامَعَهَا بَعْدُ فَأَمَرَ رَجُلًا يَضْرِبُهُمَا وَ يُفَرِّقُ مَا بَيْنَهُمَا يَجْلِدُ كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا خَمْسِينَ جَلْدَةً .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Ibn Abu najran, from Aasim Bin Humeyd, from Muhammad Bin Qays, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> judged regarding an owned (slave) who divorced his wife with two divorces, then copulated with her afterwards. So he<sup>asws</sup> ordered a man to whip both of them, and separate what is between the two of them. He whipped each one of the two with fifty lashes’.
