أَوْصَى يَزِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بِدَابَّةٍ وَ سَيْفٍ وَ مَالٍ وَ أُنْفِذَ ثَمَنُ الدَّابَّةِ وَ غَيْرُ ذَلِكَ وَ لَمْ يُبْعَثِ السَّيْفُ فَوَرَدَ كَانَ مَعَ مَا بَعَثْتُمْ سَيْفٌ فَلَمْ يَصِلْ أَوْ كَمَا قَالَ .

علی بن محمد، احمد بن ابی علی بن غیاث سے، وہ احمد بن الحسن سے، انہوں نے کہا: یزید بن عبداللہ نے ایک جانور، ایک تلوار اور مال کی وصیت کی۔ جانور کی قیمت اور اس کے علاوہ دیگر چیزیں بھی بھیج دی گئیں، لیکن تلوار نہیں بھیجی گئی۔ پھر یہ خبر پہنچی: 'جو کچھ تم نے بھیجا تھا اس کے ساتھ ایک تلوار بھی تھی، مگر وہ نہیں پہنچی'، یا جیسا انہوں نے کہا۔
Translation
Ali Bin Muhammad, from Ahmad Bin Abu Ali Bin Giyas, from Ahmad Bin Al Hassan who said, ‘Yazeed Bin Abdullah bequeathed with an animal, and a sword and some wealth. The price of the animal and other than that was sent across, and the sword was not sent. So there came (a letter from the 12<sup>th</sup> Imam<sup>asws</sup>): ‘It was so that along with whatever you sent, there was a sword, and it has not arrived’, or said like that’.
