سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَالَ لآِخَرَ يَا فَاسِقُ قَالَ لَا حَدَّ عَلَيْهِ وَ يُعَزَّرُ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Al Qasim Bin Muhammad Al Miqary, from Al Noman Bin Abdul Salam, from Abu Haneefa who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about a man who said to another, ‘O wicked!’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is no Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>) upon him, and he would be reprimanded’.
