رَجُلٍ سَبَّ رَجُلًا بِغَيْرِ قَذْفٍ عَرَّضَ بِهِ هَلْ عَلَيْهِ حَدٌّ قَالَ عَلَيْهِ تَعْزِيرٌ .
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moala Bin Muhammad, from Al Washa, from Aban, from Abdul Rahman Bin Abu Abdullah, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding a man who insulted a man without slander, would he be treated harshly? Is there a Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>) upon him?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Upon him is the reprimanding’.
