الرَّجُلِ يَكُونُ عَلَيْهِ الْحُدُودُ مِنْهَا الْقَتْلُ قَالَ تُقَامُ عَلَيْهِ الْحُدُودُ ثُمَّ يُقْتَلُ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, form Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad Bin Usman, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the man who happens to have (several) Penalties due upon him, from these is the killing. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The (other) Penalties would be established (first), then he would be killed’.
