لَا حَدَّ لِمَنْ لَا حَدَّ عَلَيْهِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, form his father, from Ibn Mahboub, from Is’haq Bin Ammar, Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> has said: ‘There is no Penalty (Hadd) for the one upon whom there is no Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>)’.
