Translation

Ibn Mahboub, from Abu Ayoub, from Fuzeyl Bin Yasaar who said, ‘I heard Abu Abdullahasws saying: ‘There is no Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>) for the one upon whom there is no Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>), meaning, if an insane person were to slander a man, Iasws do not see anything upon him, and if a man were to slander him, so he says to him, ‘O adulterer’, there would be no Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>) upon him (either)’.
