قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) إِذَا كَانَ الرَّجُلُ كَلَامُهُ كَلَامَ النِّسَاءِ وَ مِشْيَتُهُ مِشْيَةَ النِّسَاءِ وَ يُمَكِّنُ مِنْ نَفْسِهِ فَيُنْكَحُ كَمَا تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ فَارْجُمُوهُ وَ لَا تَسْتَحْيُوهُ.
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Al Nowfaly, from Al Sakuny, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘If the man was speaking the speech of the women, and his walking was the walking of the women, and he is abling (men) upon himself, so he is being copulated with like the copulation of the women, so stone him and do not let him live’.
