وَ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) مَنْ بَلَغَ حَدّاً فِي غَيْرِ حَدٍّ فَهُوَ مِنَ الْمُعْتَدِينَ .
Translation
And by this chain, said, ‘Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> said: ‘The one who reaches a Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>) regarding (something) in which there is no Penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>) (applicable), so he is from the exceeders’.
