الْعَمْدُ الَّذِي يَضْرِبُ بِالسِّلَاحِ أَوِ الْعَصَا لَا يَقْلَعُ عَنْهُ حَتَّى يُقْتَلَ وَ الْخَطَأُ الَّذِي لَا يَتَعَمَّدُهُ .
اردو
عمد وہ ہے جس میں وہ ہتھیار یا لاٹھی سے مارتا ہے اور اس سے باز نہیں آتا یہاں تک کہ وہ قتل ہو جائے؛ اور خطا وہ ہے جس کا وہ ارادہ نہیں کرتا۔
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yunus, from Muhammad Bin Sinan, from Al A’ala Bin Al Fuzayl, Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> has said: ‘The deliberation is in which he strikes with the sword, or the stick (and) does not stop from it until he kills; and the error is in which he does not anticipate it (the killing)’.
