رَجُلٍ دَفَعَ رَجُلًا عَلَى رَجُلٍ فَقَتَلَهُ فَقَالَ الدِّيَةُ عَلَى الَّذِي وَقَعَ عَلَى الرَّجُلِ فَقَتَلَهُ لِأَوْلِيَاءِ الْمَقْتُولِ قَالَ وَ يَرْجِعُ الْمَدْفُوعُ بِالدِّيَةِ عَلَى الَّذِي دَفَعَهُ قَالَ وَ إِنْ أَصَابَ الْمَدْفُوعَ شَيْءٌ فَهُوَ عَلَى الدَّافِعِ أَيْضاً .
Translation
Ibn Mahboub, from Ibn Raib and Abdullah Bin Sinan, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding a man who pushed a man upon another man, so he got killed (by) him. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The wergild is upon the one who fell upon the man who got killed, for the guardians of the killed one’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘And the pushed one can demand the wergild from the one who pushed him (at the first place)’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘But if the pushed-one was also hit by anything (so got injured), so it would be upon the pusher (to compensate) him as well’.
