John Shaqi

سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ رَجُلٍ وَقَعَ عَلَى رَجُلٍ مِنْ فَوْقِ الْبَيْتِ فَمَاتَ أَحَدُهُمَا فَقَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْأَعْلَى شَيْ‏ءٌ وَ عَلَى الْأَسْفَلِ شَيْ‏ءٌ .


Translation

Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moala Bin Muhammad, from Al Washa, from Aban Bin Usman, from Ubeyd Bin Zurara who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about a man who fell upon a man from the top of the house, so one of the two died. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is not upon the higher one, anything, and there is not upon the lower one, anything’.
