Translation

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws having said: ‘Whichever man killed by the legal penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>) regarding the retaliation, so there is no wergild for him’. And heasws said: ‘Whichever man attacks upon a man, so he defends himself, so he injures him or kills him (in self-defense) so there is nothing upon him’. And heasws said: ‘Whichever man looks upon a people in their houses, in order to look at their nakedness, so they pelt him, so it blinds his eye, or injures it, so there is no wergild for him’. And heasws said: ‘The one who initiates (an attack), so he is attacked against, so there is no retaliation for him’.
