Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, and a number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, both together from Al Hassan Bin Mahboub, from Abdullah Bin Sinan who said, ‘I heard Abu Abdullahasws saying regarding a man who intended upon a woman unlawfully, so she pelts him with a rock, and he is hit from it and is killed. Heasws said: ‘There is nothing upon her regarding what is between her and Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic, and if she is brought to a just Imamasws, heasws would stave off his blood (wergild)’.
