لَا يُقْتَلُ الْأَبُ بِابْنِهِ إِذَا قَتَلَهُ وَ يُقْتَلُ الِابْنُ بِأَبِيهِ إِذَا قَتَلَ أَبَاهُ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Ali Bin Abu Hamza, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The father would not be killed due to killing of his son, but the son would be killed if he kills his father’.
