سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَقْتُلُ ابْنَهُ أَ يُقْتَلُ بِهِ قَالَ لَا .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, (The narrators) says: ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about the man who killed his son, would he be killed due to it?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘No’.
