إِنْ قَتَلَ رَجُلٌ امْرَأَةً وَ أَرَادَ أَهْلُ الْمَرْأَةِ أَنْ يَقْتُلُوهُ أَدَّوْا نِصْفَ الدِّيَةِ إِلَى أَهْلِ الرَّجُلِ .
Translation
Abu Ali Al Ashary, from Muhammad Bin Abdul Jabbar, from Safwan Bin Yahya, from Ibn Muskan, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from one of the two (5<sup>th</sup> or 6<sup>th</sup> Imam<sup>asws</sup>) having said: ‘If a man kills a woman and the family of the woman intend that they kill him, they should pay half the wergild to the family of the man’.
