قَضَى أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) فِي رَجُلٍ كُسِرَ صُلْبُهُ فَلَا يَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ يَجْلِسَ أَنَّ فِيهِ الدِّيَةَ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Mahboub, from Abu Suleyman Al Hammar, from Bureyd Al Ajaly, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> judged regarding a man who broke his back, so he was not able to sit, that regarding it is the (complete) wergild’.
