قَضَى أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) فِي رَجُلٍ قَطَعَ ثَدْيَ امْرَأَتِهِ قَالَ إِذَنْ أُغَرِّمَهُ لَهَا نِصْفَ الدِّيَةِ .
Translation
Ibn Mahboub, from Hisham Bin Salim, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> judged regarding a man who cut off a breast of his wife. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Then he would be fined half a wergild for her’.
