سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ أَعْوَرَ فَقَأَ عَيْنَ صَحِيحٍ مُتَعَمِّداً فَقَالَ تُفْقَأُ عَيْنُهُ قُلْتُ يَكُونُ أَعْمَى قَالَ فَقَالَ الْحَقُّ أَعْمَاهُ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al Hassan Bin Saeed, from Fazalat, from Aban, from a man, (The narrator) says, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about a one-eyed man who blinded an eye of the healthy one deliberately. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘His eye would be blinded’. I said, ‘He would become (completely) blind’. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘It is the right (of the victim) which would have been blinded by him’.
