إِنْ وُجِدَ قَتِيلٌ بِأَرْضِ فَلَاةٍ أُدِّيَتْ دِيَتُهُ مِنْ بَيْتِ الْمَالِ فَإِنَّ أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) كَانَ يَقُولُ لَا يَبْطُلُ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Ali Bin Abu Hamza, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘A dead body was found in the wilderness, is wergild is paid from the public treasury, for Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> was saying: ‘Blood of a Muslim person would not be invalidated’.
