Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, from Abu Al Abbas who said, ‘I said to Abu Abdullahasws, ‘What is for the man he can punish his slave with?’ So heasws said: ‘Upon the measurement of his sin’. So I said, ‘So I have punished Hareza with greater than his offence’. So heasws said: ‘Woe be unto you! He was a slave of mineasws, and Hareyz brandished the sword, and the one who brandishes the sword is not from measws’.
